The hair that falls in front of the eye out of the depth of field is slightly distracting, but the photo does still have nice impact.

I was bit confused about the cropping and over exposed areas.
I went to the Photographers profile before commenting on this, She has excellent collection of Potraits.
Same picture with better cropping already got a star.
