I really fell in love with that photo! The saturated tones of red/orange and green and the not so saturated blue of the sky harmonize perfectly. is it HDR post-processed?To hide the sun between those leaves and branches creates no disturbing lens flares - well done (even if lens flares were wiped in post process :-)).
The only thing I would have tried to avoid in composition is the sight of the building right of the tree. Probably it would have disappeared when lowering your point-of-view a little bit to hide it behind the bush.
But that's a complaint on a high level...
