On my monitor, I see plenty of detail in the hair and the white dress. The eyes are fantastic. The overall effect for me is Great. Lighting on the face quite perfect. PRO!

This is a beautiful portrait, but I have a couple of comments. (so what else is new?) I find that her hands add nothing to the composition and that a crop just at the bottom of her hair would improve the shot. (not so busy and less bright white). I don't mind the over-exposure on her clothes because it adds an angelic twist to a devilish look. My other concern is her hair. She has a lovely flowing mane where all the detail is lost. Some highlight from behind would really bring this image to life. Sorry, contra.
