i don't find this depressing at all but strangely comforting because i really appreciate the reverent but somewhat direct and open way the people of the past exhibit towards death: "remember death", "here lies the corpse of…" – no beating around the bush here! and the age-old emblems on the gravestone – the hour glass framed by bones, the skulls attached to the sides – beautiful!! greetings, sabine.Harold Thompson 19/09/2014 9:46
