Ruddy Kingfisher (Singapore)
Photo was shot by Nikon D3s with Nikon 800mm F5.6 ED-IF AiS + NikonTC14B in manual focus with spot metering on dslr.
This Ruddy Kingfisher was captured in the mid morning at the Central West of Singapore while was perching under a heavily shaded low branch with not much sunlight at all.
The ground was very muddy and slippery after a heavy shower
