Sampian gantung altar
A symbol of penolak bala. The altar for leaving the offerings and for praying in front of it.
The Sampian gantung altar is inside the holy yard in the temples area close to the way out on the right side of the Kori Agung gate.
Kori Agung is a large gate often found inside the temple complex in Bali. This gate has symbolic meaning and is an important part of Balinese temple architecture.
You go in on the right side and out the right side, the middle gate is holy and only for the priests, brahmans and the demons to enter in and out.
