This image tells a story, even without a title, and each viewer can draw his, or her, own conclusions as to what that might be.
B&W, does this image justice, and the high contrast, and vignetting of the image makes it all that more powerful.
The beautiful model adds to the impact, even though her face isn't exposed to us.
