I see people who run marathons and ask 'Why ?
Why put yourself through the agony and pain no matter what the weather.....hot or cold, wet or dry......they run.
An excellent capture of yet another competitor
:))
yes, definitely! especially at that point of the race (35 k, i assume?! ; ), when you can't keep up with your shadow, when instead of an already tired audience, every tendon, every ligament, every new blister in your tortured body is screaming: "SLOW DOWN! STOP THIS MARATHON, LOSER! WE'RE HURTING!!!" ; )) but trust me, dear runner: there's light at the end of the tunnel/puddle for you! and i believe you see it already, judging from the trace of a triumphant smile playing around the corners of your mouth! ; ))) greetings, sabine.
