Sup kepala ikan
Being an island, Bali has some particularly good seafood and one of the specialties is sup kepala ikan (fish head soup), which is a rich soup made from a generous portion of fried fish, aromatic spices and served with rice.
While fish heads or the whole fish may be used, some diners prefer having just fish slices.

Lecker, das kenne ich auch aus anderen Ländern.So kann der Fisch noch einen letzten Blick in die Runde werfen :-)
