Tata Urutan Persembahyangan gate out
The way out the holy tour through the four temples is going out the Candi Bentar, the door leading to the universe.
In many Balinese temples, the shape of the entrance gate is noticeable, which looks as if a tall prayer shrine had simply been cut smoothly in the middle and the parts had been “pushed away” from each other.
The visitor has to squeeze through the gap between them.
The name of these entrance gates is Candi Bentar, with Bentar actually meaning “divided in two.” The word Candi, on the other hand, indicates the geographical origin of this form of architecture, namely Bali.
Temple complexes there also are called Candi, whereas in Bali they are called Pura.
