Same comments as I wrote in your photo, "The beach 2", but in this photo, it looks like the body was turned around 180 degrees, so the head is now slanted down towards the water, and some more mud was sprinkled on her torso. Perhaps her killer, wanted to test out a few positions to convince the police, once she was discovered, that this was a true drowning, but if in fact he did kill her before, an autopsy on her body would tell the police otherwise.
