The Fungi World (188) : Olive Oysterling & Black Bulgar
2 fungi species in 1 shot ! Hooray !
At the top, 3 beautiful Olive Oysterlings are growing.
This fungus almost always appears only after the first frost of the season.
That’s why it is also known as ‘Late Fall Oyster’.
On the bottom one can see 3 young specimens of the Black Bulgar, a fungus that is a bit reminiscent of black gumdrops.
It becomes quite flabby and gelatinous with aging.
This species grows mainly on recently felled oak or beech trunks.
Dutch name : Groene schelpzwam & Zwarte knoopzwam
German name : Gelbstielige Muschelseitling & Schmutzbecherling
Latin name : Sarcomyxa serotina (syn. Panellus serotinus) & Bulgaria inquinans

Deze moet me blijkbaar ontgaan zijn! Wat een prachtopname Mark!!!!! Er is zelfs een spin op te zien!!!!!! De kleuren zijn fantastisch! De Zwarte Knoopzwam maakt het echt kompleet!!!!! Een sterretje (favoriet)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!En nogmaals dank voor uw bezoek, uw wensen en voor uw vriendschap!
