Mesologgi, a town in south Greece on the sea from where salt is extracted.
The photo was taken at dusk of an extremely hot summer day with the heat and moisture being reflected and difused around.

Another very good iew out over the salt lagoon and showing the mistiness after the heat of the day.One small point... you icture slopes down from right to left which is a shame.
