The tree of the life
Uno dei monumenti più imponenti di Budapest è la Sinagoga di Via Dohány: è la più grande d’Europa. Nel suo giardino, di fronte alla Chiesa degli eroi, si trova l’opera dello scultore Imre Varga: l’Albero della vita, sulle cui foglie sono leggibili i nomi dei martiri dell’olocausto.
One of the most important monuments of Budapest are the Synagogue of Street Dohány: it's the greatest in Europe. In the garden, in front of the Church of the heroes, sculptor Imre Varga's work is found: the tree of the life, on whose leaves are legible the names of the martyrs of the holocaust.
Per rendere meglio l'idea della scultura...

Triste e significativo scatto di un periodo storico che speriamo non si ripeta più,tante vite spezzate in modo tanto barbaro e ingiustificato...
la foto mi mette tristezza ma ogni tanto, e invece dovrebebre capitare più spesso, fa bene ricordare qualnto l'uomo possa essere idiota!
Bella la descrizione del monumento e la foto che hai allegato.

Just what Luc said-It sounds like amazing art but the photo itself does not show the viewer that. I had no idea what it was until reading the note below. Maybe as a diptych you could show more with one wide and one close up like this. Otherwise the photo doesn't tell me much.

The story influencing the Voting??? Perfect. Why shouldn't the story influence the voting?The story is the Photograph. Is the photo of Che Guevara by Alberto Korda worth the gallery? Its not particularly technically good, but it is a 20th Century Iconic photo reproduced thousands of times.
Or, even more so the D Day pictures of Robert Capa; which were mostly destroyed by a lab technician, technically bad, but told the story.
Has to be Pro.
