Too big for squirrels

I went on a school trip to Rosemoor, which is a nature park, and there was a huge acorn carved from a tree.

    Aah. You say it's "too big for squirrels", but have you seen the size of the squirrels at Rosemoor?! Lol!

    you're right it is too big for squirrels!!! if the try and get their teeth into that (if they can) they wont be a happy squirrel!!

    The rock has some beautiful structures also.....

    : ))))))) maybe they have a humongous squirrel hiding somewhere in the bushes, and coming out of hiding only when all the visitors of the nature park have left ; ))! nah, probably not… a very impressive acorn! and a great shot, georgia! love how you captured the pretty spring-colored bracken in the back, and the beautiful light and shadowplay! the one light-green leaf on the right reminds me of a fan keeping the acorn fresh and cool – preserving it for the squirrel with its giant appetite ; )))… greetings, sabine. p.s. do squirrels eat acorns at all? i'm not sure…
