Really nice colors in this picture!But when I first saw the picture something was irritating me, now I think I know what: The railing of the bridge is as sharp as the train. The railing you identify as something stationary, so you get the impression that the train stands still and the land is moving. Maybe try to blur the railing too, it might also be good to see a little bit more, where the train is going.
Good luck, I think it would be worth it!
