Very well done!It looks industrial as well as romantic. I like the the deep clouds in the back, the colours and the reflections an the water. And you have chosen an excellent visual focus!

The nature forms an excellent frame to these industrial arrangements.The colours of the water with the reflexions of the lights generate nearly a romantic picture.
