Viscri Saxon Fortified Church in Transylvania
This church in Viscri, called Deutschweißkirch by the local inhabitants, was originally fortified in the 16th century to protect villagers from raiding Ottoman Turks. I have been to this amazing location in Transylvania many times, but I particularly liked this snow-scene. I used a Casio QV-R41 for the job. It's very peacful here, and you feel that time has stood still for centuries.
