I like it.I would increase the contrast and crop some part of it, to have only the door and cats.

An enchanting and simple story, well wrought with the available light and the simplicity of very few elements. The slightly open door beckons the viewer into the image and the story. We peer into the entry, hoping for a glimpse of the life lived within those walls, of the one who cares for the cats, the one they may be waiting for. You have a great eye!Robyn

Excellent photo! I love this one.Well done!Edit to add: I like the "Rustic" look of the entrance and with the open door it gives an opportunity for curiosity. is it a welcoming home? or does it have a darker side? The cats are an added bonus to this emotion.
