This is supposed to be the tough love thing, right? I do not like the background. The sky is dreary, and I do not believe the buildings help you say Wind. Perhaps lowering the camera to capture just the plants blowing in the breeze, or turning another direction altogether may have helped. The good news is you learned from this and will be better prepared when you encounter another situation like this that may work for you better. I do like the speed of capture and the fluffiness of the plants for portraying the windiness.
