she is telling someone´s fortune by looking at the shapes formed by the grounds remaining in a person´s coffee cup. Usually women are better in this field. This particular woman is very famous and thus makes her living. She is also heavy smoker although she is suffering asthma and using inhalares for it!!! But she believes in destiny...
