I started taking photos a year ago by reason of necessity, because I often found myself in situations where I needed to take pictures of my friends, or of the places I had come to, that would suit the way I saw the situation, rather than relying on what others might or might as well not bring home, to share later on as the only form of tangible memories from the place or event. My favourite themes are all kinds of living beings and city scenes (which themselves often involve humans to complete them). The equipment I use is both digital and film SLRs.
