A propos de moi
Hi, my name is Rhys Briers , I am 33 years old going on 18 (I dont realy want to grow up)... As a new father (four months now), photography has taken a bit of a back seat, not by much but I have been struggling to find the time to get out there and shoot like I used to.
I am lucky enough to live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world… Ok, so I haven’t seen many other cities so this is a little speculative. BUT, with most of my family living in London, I hope to be able to do some touring of the English, Welsh and Scottish countryside over the years to come - Nothing interests me more than the old castles and their photographic potential.
I have been interested in photography for about four years now, but only been using a DSLR for just over two years. With the help of others (a local web site, David Morris and a couple of others) I have gone from someone who knew how to point and shoot to someone who (hopefully) has a bit of an eye for photography now.
I love taking photos of land/seascapes, people and now and then a bit of sports and action, and am starting to venture down the digital art/photography road now and have a load to learn. Judging from what I have seen on fotocommunity already, there are a lot of inspirational photos to learn from.
Thanks for the warm welcome I have received already, I hope that I find a bunch of new friendships here…
My current equipment is as follows
Canon 400D
Sigma 18 – 200 DC
Canon 100 – 400 L IS USM
