The photo shows the vast and dark hall used by the monks, in the old times, as dinning room.

I really like the composition.Difficult lighting has caused a few problems with noise and burned out highlights, I would have been tempted to let the shadows take care of themselves .... having said that, the atmosphere makes up for these issues.

Dark this hall may be, but it is not without some light from those windows set high in the walls. Superbly atmospheric and with very good tones and details.:))
