Manhattan Rooftops - No.3
I'm always happy when I can shoot cityscapes in New York, especially when they include examples of the city's
iconic wooden rooftop water tanks, but also for the chance to document the city's ever-changing skyline.
In this case, the view across Madison Avenue at E 31st Street changed from June 2017 (*)
to October 2018 as a new building sprouted across the way from my hotel rooms' vantage points.
Fortunately, the fine old water tower remained.
Apparently, the graffiti did as well, with more of it being visible
from the higher vantage point of my terrace in this 2018 view.
