On this rain-soaked March afternoon, the marinas in the Eastport section of Annapolis, Maryland were
congested with ice floes and cloaked in a chilly fog. If you look carefully you can just about make out the
radio towers of the Naval Academy on the Broadneck Peninsula in the tele-compressed distance.
