Woman and Girl on High Ground
No, they're not on some high bluff in a southwestern state waiting to be beamed up into the Mother Ship.
The high ground is in Arlington, Virginia across the Potomac from Washington, D.C.
Just a quick grab with the digital point-and-shoot (a bit out of its depths but trying valiantly!), after an evening of photographing the soaring forms of the United States Air Force Memorial (with a film camera and a very wide lens).
